The Phone Wire

You know how when you talk on your phone too much — an actual telephone, not a cell — the phone wire gets tangled after a while? Every once in a while you need to disconnect the handset from the base and carefully untangle the wire.

Ignore it for too long and one day, when you hurriedly answer the phone, the entire base comes crashing into your face along with the handset.
