Do the hardest thing first.

It’s taken me years to make this a daily habit, but on the days I need it most, it’s the only thing that pulls me out of the mental mayhem I put myself into.

On most days the frog will wake you up and sit on your chest. Walking around with a frog on your chest isn’t exactly the best way to spend your mornings. So do yourself a favour and eat that fucker the minute it wakes you up.

It can be eaten in many ways. But the easiest and fastest way is to just swallow it whole without thinking about how to cook it, how to marinate it, how to serve it, how to swallow it.

Just eat it. It tastes best if you can catch it the night before so you know what it looks like.
